C&S Drywall of Denver has agreed to pay 498 employees $160,953 in back wages for overtime violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the U.S. Department of Labor said Friday.

Thomas Whiteley, a human resources specialist at the company, said C&S had no comment on the agreement.

The Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division found that the company failed to pay required overtime to drywall finishers, patch workers and cleanup workers.
