Sly’s fit secret? It’s vinegar

Sylvester Stallone reveals in his new diet and health book the secret ingredient that has kept him trim – apple cider vinegar. In “Sly Moves,” Stallone admits sprinkling the vinegar on almost everything. “It speeds up the thyroid so you lose weight. It’s just an overall miracle,” the actor was quoted by contactmusic.com.

Madame Tussauds has created a chocolate likeness of Elton John from bars of Cadbury’s dairy milk.

Cadbury’s asked the British public to select the personality they would like to see made out of chocolate. John topped the poll and the wax museum crafted the 227-pound statue, which stays in a special air-conditioned tent to prevent melting. It will remain on display until this fall.

Emeril Lagasse has agreed to do primetime specials and a weekly series for the Shop at Home network.

Lagasse’s first live special will premiere in July, with two more slated for September and November.

Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin told Rolling Stone magazine he’d rather indulge in chocolate.
