Michael Jackson will perform a solo song at father Joe Jackson’s birthday bash on Tuesday, the New York Post’s Liz Smith reports. Years ago the pop singer accused his father of physically abusing him when he was young. Then again, it was Dad who stood by him in his latest trial.

Zeta Graff, ex-girlfriend of Paris Hilton’s fiancé, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against “The Simple Life” star, UPI reports.

The New York Post reported on July 2 that the two women fought in a London club and Graff “went berserk … flew at Hilton and tried to remove her ($4 million) necklace.” The Post quoted a source saying: “It looked like she was trying to strangle Paris.”

Graff claims Hilton planted the “vicious lies” in the newspaper, the TV gossip show “Celebrity Justice” reported.

Meanwhile, Star magazine reported Hilton abruptly ended her Greece vacation with fiancé Paris Latsis, sparking rumors their relationship was over. Hilton’s rep denies the couple has split.

Could the third time be the charm for Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee? The New York Post reports Anderson and the rocker plan to marry for a third time. The stars have two children together.

Lee confirmed he proposed at the Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas a week ago in an e-mail to the TV gossip show “Access Hollywood.”

“Desperate Housewives” creator Marc Cherry promises “more surprises, twists and turns” for the ABC show’s second season after it garnered 15 Emmy nominations.

“We’re going darker with some of the storylines, and Alfre Woodard’s (new neighbor) character is just up to no good on that street,” Cherry said.

Sienna Miller, perhaps broken-hearted over her fiancé Jude Law’s cheating, has dropped out of her West End stage appearance in “As You Like It” in London, the Mirror reported.

Law recently admitted he had a fling with his children’s nanny, Daisy Wright.

A felony drug charge filed in 2003 against rocker Scott Weiland was dismissed after the singer completed a rehabilitation stint. A Los Angeles judge dropped the heroin and cocaine possession charge on July 12, a spokeswoman for the district attorney said.

Howard Stern, loudmouth that he is, spilled the beans on who will replace him on his popular morning radio show. Stern told his listeners Monday that comedian Adam Carolla and rocker David Lee Roth will fill his spot, at least in the Los Angeles and New York markets, respectively. Stern signed a five-year agreement with Sirius Satellite Radio worth an estimated $500 million a year ago. He starts that job in 2006.

Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock are to team in an as- yet-untitled buddy-heist movie, according to Variety. The report said Brett Ratner (“Rush Hour”) will direct the film about two blue-collar workers who try to pull off the perfect heist.
