Cruising around her New York estate and attending a yoga class with her daughter may cost Martha Stewart three more weeks under house arrest, the New York Post reported.

Stewart, who spent five months in federal prison for lying about a stock sale, is scheduled to end her five-month house arrest on Wednesday. Stewart can leave her home for 48 hours each week – but only for work, church, doctor’s appointments and food shopping. A source at Martha Stewart Omnimedia said employees already have been informed the domestic diva may not resume her 100-hour work week until September.

Prince Harry passed his latest Army physical, a royal source confirmed to the U.K. paper The Advertiser.

There were several British reports the prince would be booted from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst if he failed his physical. Rumors of the 20-year-old making several visits to sick bay were “untrue,” said Sandhurst’s Col. Roy Parkinson.

Clarence House said in a statement: “As both Sandhurst and ourselves have been saying all along, there are absolutely no problems with Harry’s fitness.”

Michael Jackson is nearing a settlement in a legal dispute with his ex-wife over visitation rights for their two children, the singer’s attorney said Tuesday.

Deborah Rowe is the mother of 8-year-old Prince Michael and 7-year-old Paris. Rowe, whose marriage to Jackson ended in divorce in 1999 after nearly three years, voluntarily gave up her parental rights in 2001. A judge voided the order at her request in 2004 after her attorneys argued proper court procedures weren’t followed, according to court records.

Jackson attorney Michael Abrams said in an interview Tuesday “a settlement is in sight. The resolution will be to everybody’s satisfaction. I’m hoping everybody will go away very happy.”

Wayne Newton is disputing Internal Revenue Service claims he and his wife owe $1.8 million in taxes and penalties from 1997 through 2000.

“We believe the IRS owes him money,” said Newton’s lawyer A. Lavar Taylor, adding the singer was entitled to $2.2 million in unclaimed deductions over the same period. The IRS, in an April 13 court filing, claim Newton and his wife, Katherine, of failing to report the sale of an Arabian horse, wrongfully claiming losses on antique car sales, failing to report income and taking improper deductions.

Holly Hunter is expecting twins with her longtime partner, Gordon MacDonald, Liz Smith of the New York Post reported. These would be the first children for the Oscar-winning actress, 47.

Could the seventh time be the charm for legendary film producer Robert Evans? The New York Post reports Evans will make socialite Victoria White his seventh wife Saturday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Among his previous wives: Ali McGraw, Phyllis George and Catherine Oxenberg.

Star magazine claims Sienna Miller is six weeks pregnant with Jude Law’s child. The magazine reported the couple told their parents just two days before stories of Law’s affair with his children’s nanny was published.

The pair have held “secret talks” to save their relationship, say various reports. No word if Condoleezza Rice is involved with the diplomacy.
