If you ever doodled on the sidewalk with chalk, you need to check out the second annual Chalk Walk on Saturday in Salida. Professional artists and novice curbside cartoonists of all ages are invited to color Salida’s sidewalks chalky. The colorful display dazzles visitors, tickles the younger set and provides a pedestrian stage for the town’s vibrant artist community. Salida’s award-winning Adventure in Art series continues that weekend also. And Saturday night, the Aspen Music School will perform a concert at Salida High School.
