Realty Funding Group LLC of Denver on Wednesday announced the sale of the 276-unit Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs to Hamilton Zanze and Co. for $22.6 million, or $81,885 per unit. Realty Funding represented the seller, Cheyenne Mountain Apartments LLC.
