Rebound blues for Chesney?
Kenny Chesney said, “I’ll be OK,” after his wife of four months, Renee Zellweger, filed for an annulment.
“There have been better times, but I’ll be OK,” Chesney told Country Weekly magazine for its Oct. 24 issue. He claimed that a busy schedule that included a new concert tour and finishing a new CD led to his marriage’s demise.
Star magazine reported it was a rebound romance that fizzled. Chesney ended a three-year relationship with Allison Stewart, and Zellweger was fresh off a two-year romance with White Stripes rocker Jack White. A friend told Star, “To this day, she’s never gotten over Jack.”
