Colorado stocks rose last week and, like the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, capped the best third-quarter performance since 1997. Last week’s gains were led by Titanium Metals Corp. and Dynamic Materials Corp. The Bloomberg Colorado Index, a price-weighted list of companies based in the state, ended the quarter up 8.9 percent, its fourth consecutive quarterly increase. For the week, it gained 5.79, or 1.9 percent, to 317.35.
