Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church has, for 17 years, offered self-defense classes for women.
Classes are taught in a safe, supportive environment and are open to the public, focusing on how to convey boundaries and awareness, learning releases from threatening holds, physical strikes to disable an attacker, and effective ground fighting techniques.
