Like my great, great grandmother used to say, perhaps the best way to release your early holiday frustrations is to stream your creative energy onto a piece of ready-made ceramic pottery with paint and glazes of your liking, and then toss the thing in a kiln, and then give it to someone else as a home-made holiday gift that just says “you” all over it.
