Bender’s Tavern in the heart of Capitol Hill boasts an exclusive New Wave/Indie karaoke night, with euro-type selections and more asymmetrical haircuts than you can wave a wireless mic at.

And, according to the website, tonight will feature free psychotherapy from Bender’s bartenders.

A double deal to pour some sugar on. Daily drink and shooter specials.

Pod for a day!

Pod & Capsule was one of Denver’s premier galleries, promoting “Independent Culture for Independent People,” and was forced to close their doors at the tail end of last summer.

You may have come to know many of their artists and characters, or are looking to get in touch with those whose works were on display before the gallery’s end.

Today, Pod & Capsule will return for one day as a meeting post, display case, and reunion for those that were involved with the unique gallery.

What: Pod for a day

Where: 560 Santa Fe (not their old location at 554 Santa Fe)
