After an 18-year-old woman refused to have sex with her ex-boyfriend, the man choked her, tied her up, then went into another room and sexually assaulted her 12-year-old sister at knifepoint, Aurora police said today.
Three months ago, the assailant’s brother also sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in the same apartment in the 16800 block of East Idaho Circle, police said.
Authorities are looking for the brothers, Christopher James Henderson, 21, and Michael Henderson, 22.
The most recent assault took place Friday night at the apartment, which belongs to Christopher Henderson.
Police say his ex-girlfriend and her little sister went to his apartment and while there, he demanded sex.
When the woman refused, he choked her, tied her up and threatened to kill her, police said.
Then authorities say, he went into another room where the 12-year-old was watching television and he choked the little girl and threatened her with a knife while he sexually assaulted her.
As Henderson left the apartment, he told the sisters that he was going to kill himself, police said.
After he left, the older sister freed herself, grabbed her sister and went to police.
Investigators say that Christopher Henderson may be armed with the knife and accompanied by his brother Michael.
Police say they want Michael Henderson for an October incident involving the sex assault of a 14-year-old at his brother’s apartment.
When Christopher Henderson is arrested, he faces a sex assault with a weapon charge and will be held without bail.
If his brother Michael Henderson is caught, his bail will be set at $50,000.
