Getting your player ready...

Women skiers have long been relegated to slightly tweaked designs on baggy men’s clothing when it comes to dressing for the slopes. The popular super-droopy look hardly helps differentiate the girls from the guys. Sharen Stamp says it’s time for a change and she’s pulling out the skirt. The lifelong skier from Evergreen has designed the SnowSkirt in hopes of giving lady rippers a lightweight and flirty alternative to saggy ski pants and the never-flattering ski bib. The frivolous SnowSkirt is worn over ski pants or Stamp’s SnowLeggings. They don’t improve your skiing, but Stamp says wearing a skirt while frolicking in the snow “brings back the romance to skiing.”

“Man, do we get whistled at all day on the slopes,” she says proudly.

The cute clothing option could draw more ladies to the slopes, she says, promising a deluge of skirt-chasing fellas too.
