Meg Ryan has not disappeared off the face of the Earth. It just seems that way.

Neil Sean of skynews.com reports Ryan, who recently adopted a baby girl from China, is close to signing a deal to star and co-produce her first TV drama. Ryan is about to co-star in “Commander in Chief,” the ABC drama starring Geena Davis, Sean wrote. She also has a son Jack.

Looks like Paris Hilton plans to add dancing to the list of things she cannot do: The heiress has enlisted the help of Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin to devise choreography for her live music performances, the Sun in London reported. Antin created the dance moves for the Pussycat Dolls, a raunchy burlesque pop act.

Fashion guru Roberto Cavalli may be wearing orange prison jumpsuits, instead of designing his usual chic leopard prints.

Cavalli is on trial for fraud in Italy and could face two years in jail if convicted. He allegedly spent $2.6 million renovating his Tuscan villa, which he claimed as a tax-deductible business expense.

Cavalli told British Vogue magazine he used his home for fashion shoots and for entertaining Madonna, Sting, Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Lopez and other celebrities.

Lindsay Lohan, in an interview in the March issue of Allure magazine, says, “I hate it when people call me a teen queen.”

Lohan, 19, continues to re-explain her sudden weight loss and reported party-girl image, along with her wishes to be considered a serious actress.

She won’t have long to be considered a “teen queen” anyway; Lohan turns 20 on July 2.

In a fit of rock ‘n’ roll irony, Brazilian model Luciana Morad Gimenez, who had a son with Mick Jagger, says her current boyfriend proposed to her at a Rolling Stones concert.

Gimenez told a paper in Brazil of the news and noted, “(Fiancé Marcelo de Carvalho) and Mick talking after the show was hilarious.”

Vin Diesel told writer Dotson Rader of his struggles to get acting roles because of his biracial background. “When I went out for roles, they’d say ‘What are you?”‘ Diesel said. “I’d just say, ‘Me? I’m human.”‘

Ozzy Osbourne sold the Beverly Hills home where the hit MTV reality series on his family was filmed, contactmusic.com reported.

“We had to move as we still got masses of tourists outside. After a while it was getting hard to live there,” said Osbourne, who sold the six-bedroom mansion for a reported $10.5 million.

Rosie O’Donnell still is feuding with David Letterman producer Rob Burnett.

O’Donnell told Martha Stewart on her daytime show that she was talking to CBS boss Les Moonves after Letterman’s heart surgery several years ago. “I said, ‘Hey, is he OK? I’m sorry. If they need anyone, let me know.”

O’Donnell added, “His producer Rob calls me up (and says), ‘Who are you to try and steal Dave’s job? You’re not a friend of the Letterman show.”‘ She refuses to appear on Letterman because of Burnett’s remarks.
