Copa Tecate’s sixth annual soccer season kicks off in Colorado this morning, the first in a series of tournaments nationwide that will winnow a field of 2,700 adult Hispanic amateur soccer teams from across the country to a pack of 22 that will participate in championships this summer. Twenty games will be played today, weather permitting. Pray for sun.
