Getting your player ready...

The Broncos entered into the offseason with the plan to keep Tom Nalen, Matt Lepsis and Gerard Warren – all free agents – in the fold moments before agreeing to terms with running back Ron Dayne.

Check, check and check.

Meanwhile, Trevor Pryce agreed to terms with Baltimore on a five-year, $25 million contract including a $10 million signing bonus. He was released by the Broncos March 1.

The Broncos finalized securing the trio they wanted to keep by re-signing Warren today. Nalen and Lepsis were re-signed last month. Warren – a mammoth defensive tackle – was brought in last year from Cleveland for a fourth-round pick. Warren enjoyed his best NFL season in 2005 with the Broncos.

Meanwhile, Dayne was secured as well, signing a three-year deal. Dayne will get a chance to compete for the starting tailback job. Denver also re-signed long snapper Mike Leach today to a four-year deal.
