Fish outta water.

Just what the Highlands need – another trendy neighborhood restaurant and bar that will continue to send the property values through the roof.

But at least Highland Pacific is affordable for those mortgage-scraping residents and anyone else who cares to venture west of the valley highway. Their fresh, pacific-inspired menu features ocean-originating delectables at prices that won’t send you drowning, and a super-duper happy hour with $1 oysters, $3 drafts and wells, and $4 wines by the glass.

On Thursday nights you can find live music and through Saturday, they have a special late-night mahi mahi ceviche.

This place is worth its weight in salt water.
