Class: Senior.

My favorite subject: AP statistics. The teacher is good and I find the course interesting.

My favorite athlete: Broncos receiver Rod Smith.

My favorite team: Broncos.

What I listen to: Whatever, rock and mostly rap.

The best thing on my training table: Pasta and whey protein.

Pregame ritual: I’m not consistently aware of what I do. I’m kind of nervous, but I don’t do anything consistent.

Time management tip: I’m a big procrastinator, but in school I pick what I have to do.

Planned career: Business or psychology, will play football at Dartmouth.

My family: Parents Janis and Richard; sister Jenna.

I would love to visit: New Zealand.

What I like most about high school sports: The camaraderie between teammates.

The Denver Post recognizes a female and male student-athlete of the week. At the end of the school year, 10 finalists will be chosen. Ultimately, The Post and The Denver Athletic Club will select one boy and one girl as student-athletes of the year, and a substantial donation will be made to a local charity in their names.
