The upbeat sushi slingers behind the bar twist more than 30 types of rolls, with the softshell crab yum yum and salmon skin roll ranking as our favorite. They offer steak and stir-fry for the raw averse. The spiked miso veers into the fusion realm with chipotle peppers, shitake mushrooms and wontons. The green tea ice cream is mandatory.
