Q: My baby brother is getting married in the Bahamas on May 20. I am both honored and horrified to be in the bridal party.
The problem is, at 35, I will be the oldest bridesmaid standing! The bride’s sisters are 20 and 21! Solution? Botox!
My question is, in the Botox process what is the day that one looks the sparkliest? Shall I do it a month before the nuptials? Two weeks? Help! (I won’t even mention the Nicole Ritchie as inspiration diet and exercise plan. A cigarette and a beer can be considered a meal, right?)
Please advise!
SCOTT: You’re 35? Ancient! Are you going to be able to stand for the entire ceremony?
How about we reserve the nutritional value of cigarettes and beer for another column and emphasize your Botox strategy. As far as timing goes, the sooner the better is best. Actually, anytime between now and May 8th is ideal. After the 8th you run the risk of minor residual bruising.
That’s what my sources tell me anyway. I wouldn’t have any firsthand knowledge of this!
Dear Readers:
I need more questions! I write the column 5x per week and that’s a lot but I couldn’t do it without you.
Need to know when it’s time for a career change or how to deal with your friends, parents or kids when they’re acting up? How about what to wear for an important date or work function?
I’m a good guy to bounce your ideas off of and I may not tell you what you want to hear but I’ll always give you the great advice you need, just like your best friend would.
I respond to every e-mail, and welcome your questions seeking general advice on love or anything else you’re curious about. Rest assured, the column is completely anonymous and your name and e-mail address will never be revealed.
Send me your questions for publication here.
Thanks!
