Linda Lappe will join the women’s basketball program at Colorado State as an assistant coach. Lappe was at Drake University for three seasons, during which the Bulldogs were 47-42, with WNIT berths in 2004 and 2006.
Lappe was a two-time captain at the University of Colorado, where she graduated in 2002.
Colts sign CSU lineman Bimper
The Indianapolis Colts on Sunday signed former Colorado State center Albert Bimper to a free-agent contract. Bimper was honorable mention in the Mountain West Conference in his junior and senior seasons.
