Director Brett Ratner never bothered to tell Lindsay Lohan he had a girlfriend, leading to a loud fight between the young star and Romanian model Alina Puscau at Ratner’s home last week, the New York Post reported. Lohan stopped by Ratner’s place unannounced, discovering Ratner in bed with his girlfriend, Puscau. A friend of Lohan’s told the Post: “He had given her the code to his house and told her to come over any time, so she went.” Remarkably, Lohan returned to Ratner’s home the next night for a Victoria’s Secret party, the Post reported.

Anna Nicole Smith won a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court ruling Monday and gets a new chance to collect millions of dollars she says her late Texas oil tycoon husband promised her. The justices overturned a U.S. appeals court ruling that the former topless dancer and Playboy Playmate was entitled to nothing because federal courts lacked jurisdiction to hear claims that are also involved in state probate hearings. Smith, 38, married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, then 89, in 1994 after meeting at a Houston topless bar three years earlier.

The top producer on ABC’s hit series “Desperate Housewives” walked off the job late last week and may be replaced next season, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Tom Spezialy, the show’s executive producer, exited Friday only to return Monday. A show spokeswoman denied any shakeup was afoot.

Eddie Murphy is set to star in a fourth “Beverly Hills Cop” film, more than 20 years after the original. Murphy, 45, will revive his Detroit cop character Axel Foley for the first time in 12 years.
