New York – For the second time in a week, a new judge has been assigned to oversee the case of Frank Quattrone, the former investment banker whose obstruction-of-justice conviction was tossed out in March.

U.S. District Judge George Daniels was assigned to the case Monday. He replaces Lewis Kaplan, who was assigned last week but recused himself.
