You like ice cream a whole lot.
It tastes good when days are hot.
On a cone or in a dish, this would be your only wish.
Vanilla, chocolate, rocky road. Even pie, a la mode.
…Veta Sultenfuss says go get some ice cream (they also do box lunches).

American Idol of comedy.
Denver is looking for a reigning king or queen of comedy, and they’re using a familiar format to find one.
Starting with 130 contestants, the venue will elimintate the 7 most unpopular comedians and advance the most popular 3 each week through September until there’s a victor (or victoress).
Sadly, you won’t be asked to text-message your vote in. But audience members will be eligible for pretty sweet prizes (not a platinum album, though. Or a movie deal. But maybe next year.).

Off the sidewalk. Into a portal.
Stepping into Gabor’s is like stepping into a time warp.
Ah, yes – a time warp back into good old 1997. Tables adorned with red glass candles, vinyl booths, a popular juke box with an eyebrow-raisingly impressive selection, billiards in the back and not a single window in sight are all conducive to any sort of clientele that looks for a stiff, smoky drink without the riff raff.
Possibly the birthplace of Denver’s emo genre, it’s a well-used spot that far too many call home.
