Kiki will be missed
I have been a Nuggets fan for 27 years and am upset Kiki Vandeweghe was dismissed in such a manner. I’m not sure Stan Kroenke truly appreciates what Kiki means to Colorado and Nuggets fans. Kiki brought stability to the organization. He turned the Nuggets into an exciting and dynamic franchise in five short years. Is this how loyalty is rewarded? How loyal is George Karl? Mr. Kroenke, are you aware that you are alienating Nuggets fans?
Thank you, Kiki, for bringing excitement and integrity to Nuggets basketball. You will be missed!

It takes more than two
Thank you, Comcast, for sparing me the agony of watching the Avs’ final two “giveaway matches.” My “nonpremium” subscription doesn’t include NOL or LON or OLN, whatever that little-known channel is.
Anyway, from what I could determine from newspaper accounts, Colorado’s “two-man hockey team” of Joe Sakic and Rob Blake were not outplayed, but simply outnumbered!

All access – not
As a new fan of hockey (three years), I have been excited to watch my Avalanche skate into the playoffs. However, now I find that because I do not have access to OLN, I could not watch Games 3 or 4 of the Avalanche’s playoff series. The NHL, which claims it needs more fans, should contract with a channel we can all access.

No heart, no Cup
Thanks to Pierre Lacroix for letting Adam Foote, Chris Drury and Peter Forsberg leave.
Not only was “Footer” part of the heart and soul of this team along with Peter, but Joe Sakic along with Rob Blake could not do the work for all the younger players. Blake and Sakic were and are the veterans of playoffs, and they could not do all the work that was expected of them.
I will admit, I am spoiled and I wanted to see us win but without all the heart and soul of this great team, the Stanley Cup is a long way from being in our hands for a long time!
