The couple looked awfully disheveled, and Moss threw her arms up in despair as Brand sprinted to his car. Brand, host of the British version of “Big Brother,” is a reformed drug addict. Moss’ last boyfriend, rocker Pete Doherty, is an unreformed drug addict and a friend of Brand’s. Moss’ friend, actress Sadie Frost, set the two up.
Jude Law, Frost’s former husband and father of their three children, may be dating Australian singer-actress Sophie Monk. Monk, 26, has been seen with Law, 33, at the Los Angeles hotel, Chateau Marmont, according to the Sydney Daily Telegraph.
Michael Jackson made a surprise visit with a Daily Mirror reporter Wednesday at the London offices of Harrods. Jackson revealed: “I’m looking for a place to live (in London). I’ve always liked the UK, and I just love the fans here.” He also said he plans to view properties in Scotland and Ireland to re-create the Neverland Ranch sanctuary he owns in California. The interview came hours before the California Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal by Jackson on a 2004 ruling that restored the parental rights to Debbie Rowe for the former couple’s two children, son Prince, 9, and daughter Paris, 7.
Samuel Nuuyoma, governor of the Namibian province where Angelina Jolie is planning to give birth, denied tabloid reports he would name the baby. The Daily Mirror quoted Nuuyoma saying he would name the baby, fathered by Brad Pitt. On Wednesday, Nuuyoma told the Associated Press on Wednesday, “No. No. That’s absolutely not true. I never said such a thing. Never in history.”

Victoria Principal has split from her husband of nearly 21 years, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Harry Glassman, tmz.com reports. Principal filed divorce papers Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents reveal the couple has a prenuptial agreement, and Principal asked the judge to block any request from Glassman for spousal support.
While Taylor Hicks was winning the latest version of “American Idol,” a former contestant was peddling his own CDs on the streets of Los Angeles. TMZ.com reports Corey Clark, a since-disgraced second-season “Idol” finalist, was outside a Coffee Bean store on Sunset Boulevard selling his self-titled rock CD. Clark alleged on a national TV news magazine show he had an affair with “Idol” judge Paula Abdul.
