In fishing, timing is everything. Which makes the centerpiece of a June 9 West Denver Trout Unlimited fundraiser all the more appropriate. In sequence with the peak of Colorado’s season to fish for trout on lakes, the 7:30 p.m. event at the Golden Hotel will feature noted author and instructor Denny Rickards, who’ll point the way to improved success on still waters.
In a special raffle (tickets $10), 20 people will win a day’s outing with Rickards on June 10 at Spinney Mountain Reservoir.
