Keira Knightley may be stick thin, but the Oscar-nominated actress told Elle magazine she has not visited a gym in six months. “I’m not one of those people who’s going to jog 5 miles every morning. I have bowls of pasta or whatever makes me happy. I haven’t been to the gym since January and I’m drinking about half a bottle of wine a night. You’ve got one life – live it.”

You run into all kinds of people in hotel fitness rooms. A jet-lagged Chris Isaak went to work out in the gym of his Sydney hotel recently only to discover “there’s Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn down there working out too,” the crooner, promoting his greatest-hits album, told the Melbourne Herald Sun. “I said hi. He actually came to one of my shows, so I met him before. And I met her before – I did “Friends” years ago. I did ask, ‘Are you done with the treadmill,’ but that’s it.” Vaughn and Aniston were promoting their new movie, “The Break-Up.”

As part of the cover story for the July issue of Fitness magazine, Elle Macpherson reveals how her life has changed. “When I was younger and first started modeling, life was about coping, surviving, just plain existing. Now it’s about thriving, being purposeful, inspiring others. My mission is to encourage women to be individuals – their own inspiration. That’s why I started designing lingerie.” As for keeping fit, Macpherson admitted she is “addicted to Ellen Croft’s Supreme Pilates machine. Nothing else has such a quick toning effect on my body.”

Brittany Murphy is the latest actress denying eating-disorder rumors. The “Sin City” actress told IMDB.com, “I’m the same size I was in ‘Clueless’; it’s just that the weight in your face changes as you get older … Then I came to terms with it … This is my body; I’m proud of it, so who cares?”
