Colorado Springs-based Century Casinos announced today that its Austrian subsidiary, Century Casinos Europe GmbH, has agreed to purchase Casinos Poland for $8.6 million.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
Casinos Poland operates seven casinos and one slot arcade in Poland and had $41.2 million in revenue in 2005.
Century owns Womacks Casino in Cripple Creek and is building a casino in Central City. Century also owns and operates casinos in South Africa, the Czech Republic and aboard cruise ships.
