A participant in the Ride The Rockies bicycle tour was killed today after her bike was struck by a motor home, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
The rider was reportedly hit by a motor home on Hwy. 50 near Salida.
Investigators are just arriving on scene, said Master Trooper Ron Watkins. No other information is available at this time.
