The bicentennial year of 1976 is spotlighted in tonight’s episode which may include disturbing video footage of the Starland Vocal Band. Younger viewers unfamiliar with the horror that is “Afternoon Delight” may require sedation and clinical follow-up.VH1.

7:30 p.m. “The Office”

When a documentary crew comes in, the staffers scramble to appear professional and organized. Fake documentary crews could be a great performance incentive. If a cameraman shows up at your office, check to see if he takes the lens cap off. NBC.

8 p.m. “Grey’s Anatomy”

The interns compete to treat the most severe injuries in the emergency room. To make the party even more fun, they add a charades component. ABC.

8 p.m. “Psych”

In this new series, a man who passes himself off as a psychic is enlisted to help detectives. Police get suspicious when he keeps sensing the killer was at happy hour in a strip club. USA Network.

9 p.m. “The Dudesons”

This goofy extreme sports squad from Finland proves that the Mountain Dew idiot phenomenon knows no borders. Spike TV.
