Denver-based Circle Capital Partners and JER Partners paid more than $100 million for CarrAmerica Realty Corp.’s Colorado office buildings.

The purchase follows the recent acquisition of CarrAmerica’s national real estate portfolio by New Jersey-based The Blackstone Group, a global advisory and investment firm. Following that acquisition, Blackstone made the strategic decision to sell off a portion of the CarrAmerica portfolio in various cities, including select Denver assets.

The purchase by Circle Capital Partners and JE Roberts includes nine suburban office buildings totaling 900,000 square feet of office space throughout the Denver metro area, including Harlequin Plaza, Dry Creek Corporate Center II and III, Quebec Court I, Quebec Court II, and Quebec Centre.
