Denver makes top 10
An article in the current issue of Field & Stream magazine ranks Denver seventh among the nation’s best fishing cities.
The story by Pine Junction resident Kirk Deeter asks, “If you could switch jobs, would you consider moving there to increase your fishing options?”
Tops on Deeter’s list: Miami, followed in order by San Diego, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Seattle, New Orleans and Grand Rapids, Mich.
The angling attractions surrounding these cities may not make you move, but they could cause you to put a rod in your luggage on the next visit.
