The Broncos signed three of their seven draft picks this afternoon.
Denver signed fourth-round picks Elvis Dumervil and Brandon Marshall and sixth-round pick Greg Eslinger. Dumervil, a pass rushing defensive lineman, likely will play some this year and Marshall could play in red-zone situations. Eslinger is the considered the heir apparent to star center Tom Nalen.
Denver’s four remaining unsigned draft picks are quarterback Jay Cutler (first round), tight end Tony Scheffler (second), receiver Domenik Hixon (fourth) and offensive lineman Chris Kuper (sixth). The team reports to training camp Thursday afternoon. The first practice is Friday morning.
