Lovers of New Orleans have plenty to feel discouraged about. But this one-hour special airing on the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina is intended to encourage hope and optimism. It documents Habitat for Humanity’s efforts in the storm-torn region. Last year, the organization laid out a plan to build 51 pre-fab homes in less than a week.
