Central Flyway

Youth mountain/foothills: Sept. 23-24.

Youth eastern plains : Oct. 21-22.

Mountain/Foothills Zone: Sept. 30-Nov. 26; Dec. 22-Jan. 28. No pintail or canvasbacks may be taken after Nov. 7.

Eastern Plains Zone: Sept. 30-Oct. 8; Nov. 3-Jan. 28. No pintail or canvasback may be taken after Dec. 2.

Bag limit: Six ducks, no more than five mallards, of which no more than two can be females; one pintail; one canvasback; two redheads; one mottled duck; two wood ducks; two scaup. Also, five mergansers of which no more than two may be hooded; 15 coots.

Teal: Sept. 9-17 east of Interstate 25 and in Lake and Chaffee counties. Bag limit four.

Pacific Flyway

Youth: Oct. 28-29.

Regular season: Sept. 30-Oct. 15; Nov. 1-Jan. 28.

Bag limit: Seven ducks and mergansers, of which no more than two may be female mallards, one pintail, one canvasback, two redheads, three scaup. Also: 25 coots.

GEESE

Central Flyway

Early season: Sept. 30-Oct. 8 northern Front Range, North Park, San Luis Valley, South Park.

Bag limit: Three dark geese, possession six.

Regular season: Nov. 25-Feb. 18.

Bag limit: Three dark geese, 20 light geese.

Light goose season: Nov. 4-Feb. 18. Daily bag limit 20, no possession limit. Special conservation order season Feb. 24-April 30 east of I-25.

Pacific Flyway

Early season: Sept. 2-10

Regular season: Sept. 30-Oct. 6 and Nov. 1-Jan. 28.

Bag limit: Three geese in aggregate.

UPLAND BIRDS

Band-tailed pigeons: Sept. 1-30 Bag five, possession 10.

Blue grouse: Sept. 1-Nov. 26. Bag 3/9.

Chukar: Sept. 1-Nov. 27. Bag 4/12.

Doves: Sept. 1-Oct. 30. Bag 15/30. An unlimited number of Eurasian collared doves may be possessed, provided feather identification is retained.

Greater prairie chicken: Oct. 1-15 in select portion of Yuma County by permit only. Bag 2/2.

Pheasant: Nov. 11-Jan. 21 east of I-25. Nov. 11-Jan. 7 west of I-25. Bag 3/9.

Ptarmigan: Sept. 9-Oct. 1 except in units 53, 54, 66, 67, 68, 70, 71, 74, 75, 751, 76. 77, 78, 79, 80, 81. Sept. 9-Nov. 19 in the aforementioned units. Bag 3/6.

Quail: Nov. 11-Jan. 7 in northeast Colorado. Nov. 11-Jan. 21 in southeast Colorado. Nov. 11-Jan. 7 in western Colorado. Bag 8/24 of each species.

Rail: Sept. 1-Nov. 9. Bag singly and aggregate 25/25.

Sage grouse: Sept. 9-15 in select units. Bag 2/4.

Sandhill crane: Oct. 1-Nov. 27 east of Continental Divide, except North Park and San Luis Valley. Bag 3/6.

Sharp-tailed grouse: Sept. 1-17 in select units. Bag 2/4.

Snipe: Sept. 1-Dec. 16. Bag 8/16.

Turkey: Sept. 1-Oct. 1, except in special management units. Bag one either sex.
