The 1,450-square-foot townhouses will sell for up to $1.3 million apiece, said Jayson Cote, head of lifestyle development for Anderson.

Cost of the tour is $20 per carload, or a guided bus tour is available for $35 a person. To reserve a seat on the bus, call 303-806-5317.
