DON’T-MISS TV|Anne Heche, veteran of a notoriously nasty breakup, launches a new series tonight about a relationship coach, supposedly expert in getting the guy, who finds herself starting over in Elmo, Alaska, after her fiancé is unfaithful. ABC’s “Men in Trees,” at 9 p.m. on Channel 7, borrows from “Northern Exposure” but lacks its depth. The series gets another airing this week, in its regular slot, Friday at 8 p.m.|Joanne Ostrow
