InViragen LLC, a Fort Collins-based biotechnology company dedicated to developing vaccines for infectious diseases, has entered into an exclusive patent license agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The licensed technology is applicable to vaccines against multiple viral diseases, including dengue fever and West Nile virus.

Hearthstone, a San Rafael, Calif.-based institutional investor, has committed $7.4 million in structured financing to Capital Pacific Homes to build 101 homes on more than 25 acres of land near E-470 and East Quincy Avenue in Aurora. The homes are expected to carry an estimated build-out value of $28.1 million.

Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc., on behalf of an

Denver-based NexCore Group LP, a medical and

mixed-use real estate firm, plans to break ground Sept. 21 on the Green Valley Ranch Medical Clinic, a two-story, 47,000-square-foot medical office building at Tower Road and East 48th Avenue.

Dell has opened one of its Direct Stores at FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield. The store, a 10-foot-by-12-foot kiosk, showcases its line of computers, big-screen TVs and printers. This is the first Dell kiosk in Colorado.
