DENVER – The public is invited to attend discussions between the Union Station Advisory Committee and the master developer teams.
Continuum Partners and East West Partners will discuss their plan from 5:30 to 8 p.m. today; and Union Station Partners will discuss its plan from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Both sessions will be held in the third-floor Law Library of the Denver City and County Building.

Micro Linear investor suit targets Sirenza
A class-action lawsuit has been filed against radio frequency components maker Sirenza Microdevices in objection to its acquisition of San Jose, Calif.-based Micro Linear Corp.
Shareholders of Micro Linear allege that the board violated its fiduciary duties regarding approval of a proposed merger of Micro Linear with another company, Metric Acquisition Corp., according to a filing.
In August, Sirenza agreed to acquire Linear Micro for $45.6 million in a stock transaction.
