Jennifer Lopez reportedly has been seen at the in vitro fertilization clinic at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. A source told The Sun: “Jennifer said she wanted to have two children. She said she’d recently started IVF treatment and couldn’t wait to have a family.” Lopez, 37, is married to Latin crooner Marc Anthony.
Pregnancy alert! Country star Brad Paisley and his wife, “According to Jim” actress Kimberly Williams, are expecting their first child in February. Paisley, 33, and Williams, 35, married in March 2003. “Brotherhood” actress Annabeth Gish is expecting her first child with husband Wade Allen in January, People magazine reported. Also, Marcia Cross is expecting twins with her hubby, Tom Mahoney, in April, Us Weekly magazine reported. The “Desperate Housewives” star joins five other celebrity couples expecting multiple births: “Grey’s Anatomy” star Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jill; Sean Combs and his girlfriend, Kim Porter; Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels; Elvis Costello and his wife, Diana Krall; and Strokes guitarist Nick Valensi and his wife, Amanda de Cadenet.
Brad Pitt reportedly has been offered $39 million by Paramount Studios to take over the Tom Cruise role in the “Mission: Impossible” film series. Paramount recently gave Cruise the heave-ho and wants Pitt to fill the Ethan Hunt role, according to London’s Daily Mail and the Evening Standard.
Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson were spotted – again – having a cozy dinner this week at the swanky Los Angeles hotel Chateau Marmont, the Sun reported. Reps deny the two actors are dating, but last week they were caught together in Hawaii, where Wilson has a home. Hudson is separated from her rocker husband, Chris Robinson.
Another Kate, supermodel Kate Moss, apparently cannot leave her recovering addict ex-boyfriend, Pete Doherty, alone. The Sun reported Moss visited Doherty at the celebrity rehab clinic, The Priory, over the weekend. A source told the London tabloid, “they were kissing and groping each other … there was lots of groaning. They were practically having full-blown sex.” The couple only stopped when they realized a self-help group was in the nearby clinic garden.
Prince Hussain married his American girlfriend, Kristin White in Paris, Hello! magazine’s website reported. Hussain, 32, is the son of the Aga Khan, the billionaire spiritual leader of the world’s 15 million Shia Ismaili Muslims. White, 30, took the name Khaliya following her conversion to Islam. Hussain’s grandfather, Prince Aly Khan, was known for romancing several Hollywood actresses, including Rita Hayworth, whom he married in 1949 and divorced in 1953.
Usher signed on to do two extra weeks of performances of the Broadway musical, “Chicago.” The R&B star will continue his portrayal of shady lawyer Billy Flynn until Oct. 14, MTV.com reported. The show has played to near capacity audiences at the Ambassador Theater since Usher joined the cast on Aug. 22.
Anna Nicole Smith reportedly sold photos of her 20-year-old son, Daniel, who died unexpectedly more than a week ago in the Bahamas. Smith, who gave birth to daughter Hannah just before her son’s death, sold the pics to syndicated TV shows and In Touch magazine for $600,000, USA Today reported. The newspaper reported a photo of her son hours before he died was sold to “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider.”
