Parker – Colorado authorities were working Thursday to extradite Ricardo Jaime Sanchez from Albuquerque, where he was arrested hours after officials say he shot a co-worker at a Parker construction site.
Police began searching for Sanchez after the Wednesday- morning shooting, which happened after Sanchez argued with a co-worker, authorities said.
Parker police say Sanchez is a Mexican national. Investigators are trying to determine his immigrant status.
