Eamonn Tucker, manager of the Music Factory, a Dublin rock venue where Doherty’s band Babyshambles played last week, was quoted by contactmusic.com saying, “(Moss) is just a very sweet girl who’s very much in love with Pete. He makes her laugh, and they’re looking forward to having children soon.”

Reps for Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are denying a report by Life & Style Weekly that the couple ended their 18-month romance. A source told the magazine that Longoria, 31, “just decided he’s too young.” Parker, 24, is the starting point guard for the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs.

George Michael, apparently going for the world record for arrests by a pop star in a single year, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana after police found him slumped over the steering wheel of his car in London, authorities said Monday.

Avril Lavigne apologized for spitting on photographers in two separate incidents last week. Lavigne said her behavior was “a reaction to the persistent attack from the paparazzi.”

Michael Jackson and his former wife, Debbie Rowe, have settled their custody battle. Terms of the settlement, reached Friday, were not disclosed, but “both parties are satisfied,” Jackson’s attorney told the Associated Press.
