A jury trial has been set for March 6 for Gregory Ullrich, 24, who is accused of drunken driving in the May 13 crash in which two Pomona High School sophomores were killed.
Ullrich appeared today in Jefferson District Court. He has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide while driving drunk, two counts of vehicule homicide while driving recklessly, driving without proof of insurance and driving with a license under restraint.
Court documents show that Ullrich’s blood-alcohol level was 0.18 after he lost control and hit a light pole at Wadsworth Boulevard and West 92nd Avenue.
Passengers Alex Livesay, 16, and Chayce Miller, 16, were killed in the crash.
