Could just two weekends spent remodeling your kitchen or updating your landscaping actually increase your home’s value by $10,000? “Sweat Equity,” a new network show featuring Littleton businessman and general contractor Adam Berlin, educates homeowners on how to decide which improvement projects will give the most return on their investment. An experienced real estate agent will assess the home’s value at the beginning and the end of each episode.
