How long have you lived in Colorado? Where did you live before? I was born in Denver, went to school in Cleveland on a scholarship and then came back home.

Civic Involvement: Parent involved in the following: Cub Scout Pack 11, Edison Elementary, Morey Middle School, Youth in Action. Member of nearly every neighborhood Association in the District.

Why are you running? Because I care about Colorado and its people. I want to make a difference in the areas of health care, education and economic development.
What are the top three challenges facing Colorado or the institution you seek to represent?
Colorado needs to develop a more affordable and cost effective health care system.
Colorado needs to enhance efforts to educate our children so that they can compete successfully, and exceed or maintain the same standard of living as their parents.
Colorado needs to increase efforts to promote economic development so that we have jobs that offer decent wages and adequate benefits.
What is your top priority in the next session if you should win? Lowering the cost and improving the quality of health care for the citizens of Colorado.
What proposal in the last session did you oppose the most? I opposed efforts to deny necessary funding for education.
What proposal in the last session did you agree with the most? Efforts to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
