Why are you running? I believe I’ve done a very good job as Attorney General over the past two years and would be privileged to continue in the job if the voters approve.
What are the top three challenges facing Colorado or the institution you seek to represent?
1. Protect Colorado’s interests under the nine interstate river compacts to which the State is a party.
2. Resolve all outstanding Natural Resource Damage claims that Colorado has relating to hazardous waste sites in the State, in particular, Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
3. Increase capability to investigate and prosecute investments fraud.
