The boathouse. That is what the picture of the house is called. The front of the structure actually opens up to a garage area that will hold a boat.
The location is in Creede. The structure is beautiful and set back from the street a bit as it used to be a regular garage. The owners purchased the
property and have done remodeling to the home and the boathouse.

The picture is a custom home in Creede. I have been vacationing in Creede for 43 years. It has a dragon motif with heads and moats. I have a carpenter friend working on the project who took me on a tour. It is a spectacular work of craftsmanship.
