My favorite subject is: History, because it keeps me interested and it’s easy to follow.
My favorite athlete is: Broncos cornerback Champ Bailey, because he is so accomplished as a football player and a really good sport.
My favorite team is: St. Louis Cardinals. I liked them before they won the World Series, and even though they don’t always win, they try hard.
What I listen to: Country music, especially Toby Keith.
The best things on my training table are: Chipotle and the team breakfasts on Saturday mornings.
Pregame ritual: Starbucks. “I’m addicted,” she said.
Time management tip: Do your homework when you get home from practice. Don’t watch TV first because it’s hard to get motivation back.
Planned career: Would love to play softball in college, then teach or become a doctor.

What I like most about high school sports: Teammates and coaches. What I like least about high school sports: Lopsided games get old.
