Drew Gallaugher, a junior cornerback on the Colorado College football team, was named to the d3football.com All-America third team Monday, becoming the Tigers’ first All-American selection since quarterback Jay Macias was selected in 2003.
Gallaugher, who ranked No. 4 among NCAA Division III players in passes defended and No. 9 in interceptions, set a school record with seven interceptions this season and had 69 total tackles.
Gallaugher helped Colorado College finish 5-5, its best record since 1993.
